Data protection information

Version 2021-09-30
Introduction

The protection of your personal data enjoys the highest priority with us. We observe the respectively valid regulations of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG-neu), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other legal provisions on data protection with the utmost care and attention.

Data collection, processing and storage

If you contact us electronically (contact form, directly by e-mail), you must provide at least your e-mail address. You can also voluntarily provide your surname, first name and telephone number. Your details are used to process your request; in the event of follow-up questions, your request including your personal data will be stored for another 4 weeks.

When ordering products, the surname / company name, first name, suffix, street and house number, zip code, city, country, email address, telephone, fax and, if applicable, sales tax number (sales tax ID) are to be stated.
These data are required for processing the order and for invoicing and are stored for as long as the business relationship exists, but at least as long as the statutory retention periods (10 years) require it.

The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of §§ 22ff. BDSG-new as well as Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (fulfillment of contract) of the GDPR.

Disclosure of data

A transfer of data to third parties does not take place in principle. Internet service providers are contract processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR, an inspection of personal data by the Internet service provider cannot be ruled out.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Cookies, web analytics, tracking, social buttons

This website only uses technically necessary cookies and therefore does not use cookies, web analysis, social buttons or any other technologies that are used to record your user behavior (tracking).

Your rights

You are, in principle, entitled to access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, data transferability, revocation. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the Data Protection Act or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you may contact the competent oversight authority (Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Baden-Württemberg).
